Barn Cottage Bed & Breakfast is ideally situated in the beautiful tranquil corner of rural South Somerset, bordering Devon and Dorset. The cottage was originally a farm stable, which has recently been converted and refurbished to a high standard.

Accommodation consists of double and twin rooms with ensuite and wonderfully comfortable beds. The rooms are very stylishly decorated and equipped with binoculars, hairdryers, flowers, hospitality tray with fresh milk, remote colour TV/DVD, clock radio, and stacks of magazines, books and DVDs.

Within a few miles of the cottage there are many stately homes and gardens to explore. Just half an hour's drive away is the beautiful Heritage Coast at Lyme Bay. There are wonderful countryside and coastal walks in this area plus sailing, fishing and cycle routes.

Getting There: Directions from Crewkerne. At junction at the end of in Market Street follow sign A30 CHARD and then turn IMMEDIATELY left up Hermitage Street (by the take away shop) signed Lyme Regis B3165. Drive south out of Crewkerne up past the school, continuing along B3165 for about a mile and half, looking for finger post (on left) WOOLMINSTONE pointing up lane (on right) past white painted house. Go up the lane crossing over the stream, then railway track. *Look for first (only) cluster of houses . Immediately after HAY BARN driveway take next drive left and then curve round to the right. Welcome to Barn Cottage.
