Adore Yoga offers over 20 yoga, pilates and meditation classes per week, catering for all ages and levels. With a maximum of 6 students per class, you can be sure of individual attention to enhance your practise and avoid injury.
The teachers are experienced, qualified and YTAA affiliated professionals, dedicated to sharing the principles and benefits of yoga in all its richness.
Adore Yoga also offers private one-to-one tuition, yoga studies, yoga therapy and Shiatsu Therapy, a traditional Japanese form of bodywork that brings deep relaxation and healing.
All classes run as 5 or 10 week terms to ensure consistency and regularity of practise. The more you do, the better it gets!
