We rented the 2 bedroom/2 bath unit in the Berkeley. While the location was awesome (pretty much walking distance from everything) the unit was very disappointing. The shower in the master bathroom did not work, the television did not work, the carpets and floors were filthy, drape rods were partially hanging with no drapes, there were door handles and cupboard handles missing and there was mold on the ceiling in both bathrooms ...
