York & District Indoor Bowls Club

York & District Indoor Bowls Club is situated opposite the Edmund Wilson swimming baths, in the historical city of York it was opened in March 1973 after many of the outdoor bowlers in the City felt that they wanted to bowl all year round.

Since the early days the Club has gone from strength to strength to become the biggest Club in the country with over 2,000 members and can offer a superb facility with nine rinks, a very popular restaurant and excellent social entertainment.
