The Courthouse Broome was once a Cable Station which served the telephone cable from Broome to Perth and northwards through a submarine cable to Banji Wangi in the Dutch East Indies.
Venture down to the Courthouse Markets every Saturday morning to view local art and craft or test out some of the many food stalls.
