Rosies provides a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom cottage only 1 year old, fully self contained and located in Lindisfarne, near the village centre, shops and cafes. Location: 19d Raminea Road.

Ideal for families or groups of up to 6, the cosy but spacious cottage offers a great separate kitchen with all you need including dishwasher, dining/lounge plus deck off for outdoor dining or relaxing. There is a bathroom off the beautiful upstairs bedroom that has coffee alcove with views of the mountain, study nook and king size bed. Downstairs in the stunning 2nd bathroom there is a 2 person spa, separate shower and double marbletop vanity. Enjoy the LG surround sound home theatre with DVD player from the leather lounge with recliners.

The property also boasts Tasmanian oak polished floors throughtout the living areas, tiles in wet area and plush carpet in bedrooms. Laundry with washer & drier are provided. Varieties of tea, coffees, hot chocolate etc. Your home away from home.

Location: Located at 19d Raminea Road, Lindisfarne, so easy to find. Just turn left off East Derwent Highway right next to the overpass and you are in the right street, drive down 1 1/2 blocks and the cottage is in the middle of the 2nd block on your left. Just 8 mins from Hobart cbd and only 15 minutes to the airport, Rosies Cottage is perfectly situated for exploring this historic city or as a base to take trips visiting our beautiful state. The cottage is situated in the suburb of Lindisfarne on the Eastern Shore of Hobart. You can take lovely walks around the village or Lindisfarne Bay with marina and great play/park area. Just a block from large supermarket plus coffee shops, bakerys, wood fired pizza takeaway, chemist, old book shop and newsagent plus other retail outlets.
