Summerland Aquarium and Cactus Nursery is a great way to pass some time even if you don't own a fish tank.

The aquarium's most unique feature is an impressive gigantic tank that dominates an entire room. Massive catfish and unusually decorated Oscars weave in and out eyeing up the visitors who come simply to stare and be amazed.

The aquarium also features a wide range of tropical, Goldfish Rift Lake, American Cichlids, aquatic plants, tank paraphernalia and over forty years of advice.

Getting There
The aquarium is located in Wollongbar, half way between Ballina and Lismore. From Ballina turn left at the BP (opposite Alstonville Garden Centre) on the left side of Bruxner Highway
