The Cape Spencer Lighthouse is accessed through Innes National Park. The lighthouse tower itself commands a magnificent view overlooking Althorpe Island. On clear days Kangaroo Island is also visible. The Cape Spencer Lighhouse stands 78 metres above sea level and is powered by a 120 volt 1000 watt Tungsten Halogen Lamp, with a light range of 23 nautical miles.
