Inside the gleaming stainless steel kitchen of Wild Lime Cottage a unique experience awaits. It could be Turkish, tarator with walnuts and sesame, green lentil salad and cold shredded chicken in walnut sauce, fragrant pilaf and sweet honeyed desserts. Or it might consist of soupe with a pistou of wild greens, seafood simmered in fragrant broth, wild lime aioli drizzled on char grilled salmon and potato. Whatever the dish the Wild Lime Cooking School teaches guests something new with a minimum of fuss.
Each class is two hours, afterwards students relax in the spectacularly scenic Gold Coast hinterland with lunch and local wine.
