I would like to thank the friendly staff at Cairns, Mt Isa and on the aircraft, for their friendliness, and efficiency. Even though the flight was 1 hr late leaving Mt Isa we were looked after very well and called on the phone prior to the flight, letting me know that the flight was going to be late ...
