Stanthorpe Aerodrome

The Stanthorpe Aerodrome is a regional aerodrome with no scheduled flights.

To date the Aerodrome is unlicensed with little in the way of facilities. The strip, which measures 1700 metres x 30 metres, is bitumen sealed and includes a sealed taxiway. The terminal building contains male and female toilets and a pay telephone.

There are current council plans to upgrade the Aerodrome to encourage aviation related businesses to invest in the Stanthorpe region and to possibly create jobs within the aviation industry.
