The Retreat Hotel

The Retreat Hotel is a friendly establishment whose main claim to fame is where the Aussie drama 'the Sullivans' was filmed. The charming front bar is the perfect venue for a casual get together, bar party, after work drinks or just to chill out and relax. Original leadlight, timber panelling, authentic tiling and polished brass all combine to create a bar full of warmth and welcoming appeal. The Retreat has a wide range of local and imported beers and an extensive wine list with many available by the glass.

Aside from being a pub the Retreat Hotel also has venue hire. The private function room, The Carringbush Room or the small private room "The Sullivan's Room" are suitable for small meetings, bookclubs and community groups. There is a choice of sit-down or stand up finger food menus with a wide range of tastes and ideas.

Free room hire (mon-thurs) is available to sports clubs and community group meetings with the purchase of a meal and beverage by the members.
