    Built in the 1860's, Nether Hill Farm Bed & Breakfast is a very private self-contained cottage offering quality accommodation.

    The cosy cottage provides well equipped kitchen, large lounge room with TV/DVD and wood fire, modern bathroom and stunning views of sunrise across the Kenton Valley which is situated between Gumeracha and Lobethal.

    Ample breakfast provisions are provided for the first day so you can cook your own breakfast. Special dietary requirements accommodated when possible.

    Special Features
    This is a working farm with cattle and seasonal vegetables and fruit. There are several acres of fern and rose gardens with extensive lawns, and scenic farm walks across this lovely property. There are two donkeys, Thelma and Louise, who love a pat and a chat with guests as do the 3 pet hens - Henny, Penny and Menny who provide the fresh eggs for guests' breakfast. The self contained roomy cottage with 2 queen sized bedrooms can accommodate up to 5, with an additional pull out single bed. Advertised 'from price' is per couple per night for 2 or more nights. If there are more that two, an additional $20 per person per night applies. The tariff is $160 for a couple for a single night.
    Please Note
    A minimum of $50 deposit is required when booking. The deposit will be refunded in full provided more than 2 days notice of cancellation is given. One night stays are welcomed but a minimum of 2 nights applies on South Australian long weekends.
