The River Teifi is a river in West Wales flowing into the sea below Cardigan town. A series of small lakes called the Teifi Pools source the river, they were left by past glacial activity.
The Teifi River Trail is the ideal way to discover this beautiful part of Wales. It passes through Teifi Marshes nature reserve, where you'll see huge numbers of wintering wading birds and ducks, such as wigeons, teals and pochards, as well as cormorants, herons and snipe.
