The Lake Bathurst Heritage Centre has a permanent display of motor and rail memorabilia. After years of planning this display of history and heritage is now open on a regular basis. Privately owned and operated, it house a fascinating gallery of photographs and other memorabilia of the Goulburn to Crookwell railway line from 1902 to 2002.
Exhibits include the actual restored Lake Bathurst railway waiting room (1884) and a station model as depicted during the 1950s. A display of classic MG sports cars and motoring paraphernalia including a vintage petrol bowser is also displayed.
