Pinewood Holiday Park is ideally situated within walking distance of the town centre, approximately one and a half miles, and there is pathway to follow all the way into the town.

The park is surrounded by glorious open countryside within the stunning Yorkshire Wolds, and yet so close to so many nearby attractions and places to visit.

Pinewood is a family run business and prides itself on offering impeccable customer service. They have many customers who return year after year - but every customer, whether new or old, will always be greeted with a big Yorkshire smile.

The park has 7 acres of land, consisting of 13 electric hook up pitches (including 7 hard standings), a tenting area, a Tipi tenting area, and a woodland area.

Further Information: Also at Pinewod, they have 6 traditional, authentic native American Indian Tipis - a fun, unique and environmentally friendly way to spend time away from the hustle and bustle and stresses of every day life. Wake up to the birds singing, drift off to the sound of the owls, and just simply enjoy the mixture of old fashion camping in a truly beautiful place, while being at home with nature. You'll go home feeling re-charged and re-freshed. The tipis sleep 4 people, and are a lovely cosy place to spend time as a couple or a family. Young and old (and all those in between!), will have an extraordinary experience. All you will need to bring is your sleeping bag, pillow, a towel & torch, food and drink. Don't forget your sense of adventure too! Check in is 4pm, and check out is 11am.
Further Information: Dogs are also very welcome; no extra charge, but they do ask that they are kept on a lead at all times, and walked off site - next to the site is a brilliant dog walking path, with open countryside, and stunning views.
