Core boards, steps, yoga mats and blocks are available for use by members in both classes or on one-on-one training sessions with instructors. The latest cardio equipment, including treadmills, rowers, bikes, cross trainers and stair masters meet the needs of members' fitness and exercise requirements, while dumbbells and freestanding weights are available to build and improve muscle tone.
