Bay Hong

The Trans are back, after the retirement of Mr Tinh Tran his granddaughter Hong Tran has decided to continue his footpath so that Vietnam's traditional cuisine will continue to be served at Bay Hong in Surry Hills.

For over 20 years talented Mr Tinh Tran has been an executive chef for Mr Kim Thien Tran while he was the Prime minister of the republic of South Vietnam and when he was an Ambassador in Taiwan and the United States.

Hong opened this restaurant in Surry Hills hoping that she can continue the flavors of traditional Vietnamese cuisine that Mr Tinh has once brought to you at his own restaurant before he retired.
