Damien Pignolet designs and oversees The Dining Room's menu using only the highest quality ingredients. Building on their reputation from The Woollahra Hotel's Bistro Moncur, Damien and Head Chef Hamish Gilbert bring you a modern take on old favourites such as Corned Wagyu Silverside with White Sauce, Crumbed Lamb Cutlets with Peas and Mashed Potato, and Grilled Sausages with Onion Gravy.
To finish off, you'll want to try Pat's Pavlova with Lemon Curd and Passionfruit. We cater for 2 and 3 course meals, a buffet style meal and cocktail parties.
