In March 2006, chef Brent Savage and sommelier Nick Hildebrandt opened Bentley Restaurant & Bar in Surry Hills. Bentley allows diners to enjoy modern and sophisticated food and wine in an informal and relaxed setting. Drawing influence from Modern European cuisine, the menu offers patrons a chance to drink and dine for tapas, lunch, diner and degustation.
