At the Black Swan Winery restaurant visitors can indulge in modern Australian cuisine made from the best and freshest local produce with an emphasis on the variety and flavour of the country's game dishes.

The verandah, complete with high raked corrugated iron ceilings, Jarrah decking and handcrafted tables, creates a shady and peaceful retreat with a rustic and cosy atmosphere. Nearby, a stunning atrium and tranquil pond is home to many Koi fish and is surrounded by a rich display of tropical plants.

During the day, the restaurant promotes casual and informal alfresco dining with a large range of tasting plates, salads and lighter meals on offer. For a finer dining experience, evening ambience is created by elegant candlelit dinners overlooking the rolling floodlit vineyards.
