Botticelli's was opened in 2002 by owner Salvatore Gargiulo, who has over 20 years experience in the industry both here and overseas.

In keeping with the best of Mediterranean offerings, the restaurant is named after one of the masters of the Italian art world, with murals celebrating the life and work of the famous painter Botticelli gracing the wall.
