Cafe Mint

This stylish oasis at the far end of Crown Street completes a journey for chef/owner Hugh Foster. His previous establishment, Fez, took the flavours of Cleveland Street to Darlinghurst, and now he returns to the source of his inspiration in a smart, Rob Sample designed space. Wooden panelling, a clever use of concrete bricks and a massive photographic mural create a calm and intimate environment.
