Rajwada is a family run restaurant located in London and serving specialised Indian cuisine. Since they are passionate about the food they think they must share it with you.
Keeping this in mind at Rajwada, they have introduced specialities based on domestic rather than commercial cookery using recipes that have been handed down from one generation to another.
A few of their favourite dishes on the menu include Mase Kalvan A typical fish curry from the fishing village in the state of Maharashtra. This fish curry has a perfect balance of garlic, green chillies, coconut milk & a dash of tamarind
Chingri Palak (King prawns in spinach & cumin with a hint of fresh ginger & garlic). It is often cooked at their home as it brings back their childhood memories. Safed Maas (Boneless lamb slow cooked gently in a rich almond & cashew nut gravy) is a typical royal Rajasthani favourite.
