Very poor customer service & robbed nearly £300 of my money!!!.... Booked a holiday with Elegant Travel & Tours who made a major mistake with booking our flights. After Arriving at the airport and being told by the check in women we were not booked on the flight, and having to pay £260 for 2 tickets which Elegant & Travel didn't book for us, which we had paid for!
