Zierholz Premium Brewery

Zierholz brewery utilizes apparatus from Oregon which was painstakingly dismantled and shipped piece by piece across the Pacific. The copper-clad masterpiece has found a new life creating fine European beers in Canberra. The brewery now services 18 different locations with pure and delicious beer.

Recently a beer-compatible menu has been implemented and includes food cooked with beer. Courses have been designed to match particular brews, and degustation menus.
