Located at one of the region's most cosy B&Bs, Schönegg Cafe's owner/chef uses locally produced olive oil and sausages, duck and free-range eggs sourced from a farmer friend, and herbs and berries from the garden.
The cafe's specialty is the locally produced Galloway beef, used in dishes such as chargrilled steak with potato dumplings and mushroom and beetroot reduction.
