The word has spread and the shop bustles with chocolate lovers and sightseers. They all come for the 'Sukao' a small metal bowl over a naked flame. Sit in-between the 'Charlie and the chocolate factory' style vats and mix chocolate shavings with hot milk. Wait for it to melt and be rewarded with the sweet scent of chocolate.
