Unique in their ability to offer 24hr roasted beef & lamb, home grown off the pastures of their family owned farms located in Robertson. Try the succulent roasted pork (with crackling!) and John's famous hams, cooked and cured at his butcher shop.

Quality meat is cooked slowly in large smoking ovens on low temperatures which retain juices and tenderness and offers a quality to surpass any meat cooked in hooded barbecues as offered by many other catering companies.
