In the high ranges, Bou-saada's vineyard offers cool climate wines from grapes grown on the property. Come for lunch and enjoy the fire or position yourself to look over the vineyard. Perhaps you'll strike it lucky and arrive during one of the many various exhibitions and musical events that are held throughout the year.
Bou-Saada's Country Kitchen serve smoked herbed and peppered meats, chicken or cured hams served on fresh breads with local cheese, olives, mushrooms, smoked tomato and dolmades. Local food and estate grown wine menu includes Poachers Platters and Smoked Barramundi Platters or the signature Cutaway Raspberry Tarts.
