Visit Greenbrier Park Vineyard and sample hand picked grapes grown at an altitude of 740m above sea level. The vineyard has already produced a trophy winning Sauvignon Blanc in its first vintage (2002) and again in 2004.
One you have sampled the vintages, wander the National Champion Garden set in old Australian eucalyptus woodland. Overlooking Mittagong with magnificent views of the Nattai Valley and Blue Mountains, the garden incorporates an English style design with Australian native shrubs. Perennial borders, formal lawns, streams and ponds, an old cottage ruin, statutory, fountains, vistas and a large variety of shrubs, trees and natives all add to the park experience.
