The Marist Brothers'vineyard, the Hermitage Vineyard, is a Boutique estate located in Mittagong in the Southern Highlands. Open on the weekends the Hermitage property extends for 155 hectares and supports 80-100 head of cattle as well as the 13 hectares of grape vines.

It is very much a 'working property' as it also supports an orchard, an olive grove, a citrus grove and a poultry farm of chickens, ducks and geese.
