The Animal Ark is dedicated to family entertainment. Set in 20 acres of parkland there's lots to see and do with adventure play, slides and swings, zip wire and go karts, indoor play for under 7's and lots more.

Keeper talks during School holidays are very popular and you can hold and touch many small animals. Thomas the Shetland pony, Jack the Giant Bunny and lots of animal characters are just waiting to greet you.

For the more adventurous there's a peaceful country walk with tiny muntjac deer, highland cattle, wallabies, sheep, llamas and lots of waterfowl and natural wildlife. As well as rare breed sheep, pigs and cattle, you can see ponies, a variety of fancy birds, chickens and lots of cuddly pets.

Order a hot meal, or enjoy a cuppa on the terrace while watching the kids play. Alternatively bring a picnic and eat al fresco in one of the picnic areas.

Functions: The Animal Ark caters for birthday parties, special occasions, summer barbecues, special interest groups evenings and weekends. There are wildlife filming weekends (with camping) available from May to October run by professional wildlife film makers and photographers.
Getting There: They are located on the A1067 between Norwich and Fakenham. There is a regular bus route (X29) which travels between Norwich and Fakenham Monday to Saturday.
