Things to do: There is much to do when you stay at Coast. Darwin's Esplanade and Cullen Bay are a short bike ride away. Coast is also within 5 kilometres from the CBD, which features many restaurants, cafes, shopping and the Mitchell Street bar strip close at hand. For a Territory Adventure, Litchfield is an hours drive and an easy day trip. Kakadu is an hour and a half away. There are many fishing charters available, departing from Cullen Bay.
Further Information: Darwin has a vibrant multicultural community, with excellent markets at Mindil Beach (Thursday and Sunday evnings in the dry season) and Parap (Every Saturday morning). There are many quality art galleries which feature local contemporary and indigenous art.
