The stylish 2 bedroom home features luxurious furnishings, open plan living, kitchen areas which flow onto 2 decks and a large bathroom boasting fine Italian marble and a lavish bath tub. Sleeps 6.

Kangaroo Is is ideal for summer or winter, Sea Stone has a wood stove, cypress pine deck with BBQ, and cosy lounge with high definition flat screen TV. This is your chance to experience Emu Bay in a chic, comfortable and cozy cottage.

Sea Stone was built with hand-picked stones from the local area, and the exposed interior timber structure consists of 2 jarrah jetty pylons from the old Cygnet River Bridge.
Local Area
Emu Bay is a beautiful, long white beach. It stretches 5 kilometres with vehicle access onto the beach. Emu Bay is the most popular swimming beach on the island. But even in the height of summer you will usually have it all to yourself. There is a jetty for fishing. Kangaroo Island is Australia's third largest island; located 110 km (70 miles) south-west of Adelaide and easily accessible by Ferry or Plane. It is one of Australia's great scenic treasures and a must for anyone interested in travel to fascinating wilderness destinations.
