Based in Robertson in the Southern Highlands, the Old Cheese Factory is a collection of boutique stores. Originally a 1936 dairy co-op the eclectic array of shops include the Robertson Cheese Store (Australian & imported cheese, local produce, pickles, dressings, sauces, home & giftware), the Pig & Whistle ( cafe with gourmet sandwiches, homemade cake & scones), Limited Edition Designs (colourful knitting yarns, hand knitted scarves, beanies and accessories), Jelly Beanz & Wooden Toys (handmade chocolates, English sweets, sugarless lollies, wooden toys & diecast cars), Gallery Serpentine (a unique manufacturing boutique creating romantic clothing based on Victorian & 18th century fashions).
