The impressive Iandra Castle was established by wheat baron George Henry Greene from 1878-1911. All the grandeur of yesteryear remains at Iandra, with the faithful restoration of the homestead by David Morris through the 1970's. The castle is a classic example of the Federation Romanesque architectural style with Tudor influences.

This is a beautiful place to visit. A rare piece of our history, This old castle has been restored to its former glory and if you have a chance to go for a tour of the Greenfell, Greenthorp or Ypung area make sure you go and have a look at this wonredful place ...
