Tropeiro

Tropeiro is a South Brazilian style restaurant located on the corner of Sackville Street, and be it fate I don't know, Brazil Street!

Named after the Brazilian cowboy, Tropeiro's food has its roots set deep in the traditional style ate by the original Tropeiro's.

As to be expected, this was meat, cooked over charcoal and shared by all the family, and families that travelled together as a group.

In Tropeiro the various cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and many more are slowly grilled over glowing charcoal embers on the traditional churrascaria, where over 60 skewers of meat are slowly rotated, this truly is a sight which has to be seen to be believed.
