Built by convict labour in 1838, Runnymede House was reconstructed after a bushfire in 1904. Today it is privately owned but, if you are interested can be viewed from the bridge at Runnyford.

*From Batemans Bay head south along the highway for 7km. Turn right into the unsealed Runnyford Rd. Follow the northern trail for another 7 km
