If you have time to spare and fancy retreating back to nature then head out to The Pocket in Byron Shire. There's not much out this way, a hall, a school and no shops. But if you need to get away from it all, then this scenic drive could be the one for you. Considered to be the scenic way of getting to Mullumbimby from Billinudgel, this 20 km stretch of road takes you through lush green diary country and over Red Hill. Drive over Red Hill into rain forest and down into the Main Arm Valley.

Stock up at Billinudgel for supplies, there are no more shops after this.

Please Note
