Combe Lancey is a 150 acre beef and sheep farm offering bed and breakfast accommodation just over the hill from Crediton and one mile from Sandford.

The farmhouse offers two bedrooms which both come with en-suite bathroom, television and tea/coffee making facilities.

The accommodation is close to the A377, which offers easy access to the historic Cathedral City of Exeter just eight miles away with M5 access at Junctions 29 or 30, and is an ideal base for visiting Devon's countryside.
