Each year Poatina invites everyone to it's annual Open Day and in 2010 the Village will be celebrating its 15th birthday! The day is an open invitation for people to come and see all aspects of Poatina.
Poatina's annual Open Day is always relaxing and fun for the whole family. There is plenty of food and free festival activities for the children, including a jumping castle, face painting and Thomas rides.
Visitors are invited to warm up by a blazing open fire at the Mountain View Restaurant, or stroll around the central business district to enjoy the art gallery, pottery studio or other enterprises.

- Opening Times
- The day will run from 10am to 4pm, with special 15th birthday celebrations scheduled in throughout the day, and developmental plans for Poatina's exciting future.
