Penola Forest Arboretum Trail, passing through the Penola Forest Reserve, is a 1,000m trail through small groves of mature forest trees.
The Arboretum, mainly planted in 1934 provides a practical comparison into the growth of various pine and eucalypt species - native wildlife may also be seen along the trail.
The Penola Forest Arboretum Trail is classed as an easy walk, taking around 30mins to complete.
Pets are allowed within the forest, but they must be kept under control at all times. Please note: Horse riding requires a permit from the Ranger.
