Each cottage has HD television & dvd player, hair dryer, iron & ironing board for your use, whilst our guest. All cottages are heating for the cooler months and airconditioned for the summer to ensure your comfort year round. Kickback is within an easy stroll to the shopping strip, footbridge, front lake, water sports and the famous 90 mile beach. The shopping strip offers, supermarkets, clothes & surf shops, cafe's, restaurants, clubs, and cruise operators.

Location: Leave your car parked once you arrive & enjoy a short stroll to restaurants, club's, supermarkets, shops, patrolled 90 mile beach, numerous water sports available on the lakes, or simply relax amongst the trees & birdlife, enjoying the peace & quiet of the relaxing surroundings.
Facilities: All television sets have been upgraded to High Definition and include all free viewing HD channels available in Gippsland. All cottages have been renovated and include new bathrooms & kitchens. All cottages have new queen beds in main bedroom and comfortable new furniture in living area. One car park per cottage. BBQ facilities for your use onsite. New bbq area will be completed soon. Coin operated laundry onsite. Boat parking on request. Complimentary book & dvd library for your use. Room for the kids to run around safely away from the traffic. Reception open from 8.30a.m. - 6.00p.m. daily.
