Discovered in 1908 by William Reddan, Alexandra Cave consists of several highly decorated chambers - which include spectacular scenes such as the Mirror Pool.

There is a 30min tour which takes you through 3 main chambers, each featuring fine examples of straws, columns, stalagmites, stalactites and flowstone.

While a previously undisturbed chamber was discovered in 1978, it remains closed in order to preserve its natural state.

There are 25 steps leading into the cave and 35 to exit, making it suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
