The Ghost Walk of the Lanes runs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening.
The Lanes occupies what was once the original fishing settlement of Brighthelmstone - it is the oldest part of the city and, unquestionably, the most haunted.
The tours are run by Rob Marks who has been acting whilst working with the Theatre in Education team at London's Cockpit Theatre, so are made exciting and fun.
