Felix' Beach House is a well appointed self-contained 3 bedroom house centrally located in Torquay, on the Surf Coast.
Features include a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, queen sized bedroom upstairs as well as 2 double rooms downstairs, 2 bathrooms, TV/DVD, outdoor setting with BBQ, and water views from the upstairs balcony.
The house is situated just a two minute walk to the beach and there is a fishing and boat ramp just around the corner. Shops, restaurants and cafes are a 5 minute walk along the foreshore or through Taylor Park.
This is a dog friendly property.
