Parkview Hotel and Guest House is a Victorian guest house situated on the corner of Prescot road and Lugsmore Lane in St Helens, Merseyside.

The house has a 3 tier system, with the bottom floor consisting of executive suites, which come with leather furniture and widescreen televisions.

The middle floor offers standard accommodation, which comes with en-suite rooms, televisions and tea/coffee making facilities and the third floor offers budget accommodation.
