On the site of a 17th century thatched cottage, the detached stone cottage offers 2 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 4 people. It is surrounded by wooden decking with a generous garden, ornamental furniture and barbeque facilities. The house is compact and comfortable with all electric equipment including a mira shower, electric massage chair and Sky Tv.

The area offers a variety of activities to keep you busy including golf, cycling, walking and water sports. Guests can fish free of charge from the owners garden on Loch Earn and use their hot tub on request. There are 2 hotels and a watersports centre within 500 metres.
