Newton Stewart Walking Festival

Newton Stewart Walking Festival is the biggest walking festival in the South of Scotland and offers a variety of walking routes for all abilities.

The WalkFest experience consists of hill walking, coast walking and treks amongst wonderful woodlands. There are 26 walking routes to choose from over the 7 days, fully guided routes are available and there are also social events throughout the week.

Galloway is a wonderful location for walking and whether you enjoy the challenge of the true hill walking experiences or the lower level themed routes, there is sure to be something for everyone.
